Refunds & Replacements
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product
for any reason please inform us within 7 days from the date your
order is received. Please return the item unused and in its original
condition to:

We shall be happy to send a replacement or refund your money (excluding
delivery costs).
Please note if the item(s) arrive back to us with signs of wear
and tear from use and not in a saleable condition, we cannot offer
a refund or replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To return an item
To return an item, please enclose a note giving
the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the
package to the address below. In the case of a defective product,
please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective
item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the
address below:

Please note we will contact you to let you know when we have processed
your return.
If you return an item due to the wrong size being ordered and want
another size sent, we reserve the right to charge for postage of
the replacement

Up to £50 delivery is £3.00 Over £50 delivery is FREE
Stock Items:
Goods will be sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Out of Stock Items:
If any item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected
delivery date. You have the option to cancel your order should
the delay be unacceptable to you.
Personalised Items:
Only when we receive both your order and details of name/photo
to be printed, will your order be processed. Please ensure photographic
images, digital or real, meet with our guidelines. Click here
